The Carver-Scott Educational Cooperative's Area Learning Center programs are collaborative comprehensive high schools specializing in the academic and social development of young people who are best served in alternative learning environments.

In addition to meeting a student's academic credit needs, programming is provided in the areas of special education, creative arts, career development, and recreational, physical, chemical and mental health.

Individualized programming within alternative and special education programs is offered at different locations in Carver and Scott counties.  A list of our Area Learning Centers and contact information can be found in this section.
