| The Auto Mechanics program exposes students to the many service and diagnostic procedures in this exciting and rapidly changing industry. Students receive a variety of instruction ranging from automotive technology to hands-on experience in the automotive service field.
This program emphasizes the necessary skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and perform preventative maintenance on today's cars and light trucks. Students also gain knowledge in electronics and computers necessary to meet current technical advances in the automotive industry.
Students may be eligible to receive post-secondary credits through Dunwoody College of Technology.
