The Waconia Area Learning Center, located in Waconia, is a full-day program for students in grades 9-12, which is based on restorative practices. Utilizing a peer culture, students are asked to take responsibility for decisions and choices they make, and to help peers make positive, healthy choices.
Along with meeting student academic credit needs, programming is provided in the areas of special education, creative arts, career development, and recreational, physical and chemical health.
