Students who are successful in the program have an interest in learning construction skills for personal use or as a career goal. Anyone who is 16 years old +, and who is not attending high school, is eligible to apply.
Service to the community is a major focus of this program, which has won the Governor's Youth Service Award - identifying it as an exemplary program for youth service.
